All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving your confirmation email.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed — but we’ll always keep you informed.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Timeframes

We currently offer standard shipping across the United States.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days after your order is processed

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control

Please note: business days refer to Monday–Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your order size, weight, and delivery address.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

4. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States, using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We’re working toward expanding our shipping reach in the future — stay tuned for updates.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s progress.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

7. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery, Grounded is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the item(s). We’ll work with you to make it right.

8. Service Interruptions

During high-volume seasons (such as holidays or major sales), delivery times may take longer than usual.

  • Your item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

💡 Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges
